The 24-inch Full HD touchscreen anchors the experience, its PCAP display responsive and bright enough for morning sessions in natural light. Hydrow's proprietary HydroMetrics system monitors three core dimensions of rowing performance: Precision, Power, and Endurance. Rather than overwhelming users with data, the interface distills feedback into actionable guidance that refines stroke technique and pacing over time.
